Roth Real Estate Group is more than just a company—it’s a legacy. Founded by Will Roth’s grandfather as a small residential brokerage, it became a cornerstone of the Columbus community. Over time, Will’s father transformed it into a commercial real estate firm, instilling the family’s unwavering values of trust, hard work, and integrity into every handshake and transaction.
For Will Roth, these values are personal. “If you shake someone’s hand, you better follow through with what you promised,” he recalls his father saying. “That’s a contract. Period.” This philosophy remains at the heart of Roth Real Estate Group. Will took the reins in 2008 after earning his license in 1994, and while the company has grown and evolved, its core principles have stayed the same. Integrity isn’t just a buzzword at Roth—it’s the foundation of everything they do.

Under Will’s leadership, Roth Real Estate has expanded into three distinct but interconnected businesses: a brokerage, a property management division, and a construction and maintenance arm. This evolution reflects Will’s vision of creating a full-service company capable of handling every aspect of commercial
real estate.
But growth wasn’t always the goal. “I used to want to scale up and get bigger,” Will admits. “But once that started happening, I scaled it back. The most important thing to me is getting the
right people.” This approach has
become a defining feature of Roth Real Estate Group: a team-first culture where humility, hustle, and self-motivation are paramount.
At Roth, there’s no task beneath anyone—not even the CEO. Will himself can often be found doing hands-on work, like picking up trash at a property, because he believes leadership means leading by example. “This is a team,” he says, “but you have to pull your weight and bust your ass at your position to make the team grow.”
