Internship Details:
Location: Hybrid; In-person at our Columbus office (Franklinton/Fifth by Northwest area) with occasional work-from-home days
Schedule: Flexible,~10–15 hours/week
Duration: August–December 2025 (with opportunity to extend into Spring 2026)

At Roth Integrated Marketing (RIM), we believe a lease is just the beginning of a brand. We’re the first-of-its-kind creative studio built inside a commercial real estate firm — helping restaurants, retailers, and service-based businesses launch strong, strategic brands from day one.
From logo to launch day, we bridge the gap between leasing and long-term success. And now, we’re looking for a creative, self-starting intern to join our team as we grow.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
As our first intern, you’ll work directly with RIM founder and creative director Lara Phillips to support client launches, digital storytelling, and internal brand-building.
You’ll help shape how new businesses show up in Columbus — and gain portfolio-worthy experience in all these areas.
Influencer Research & Outreach: Build lists of local tastemakers and create insight reports for client collabs.
Press & PR Support: Draft press releases and assist in pitching to blogs, media, and community outlets.
Social Content Planning: Help design posts, write captions, and schedule content across Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.
Creative Organization: Assist with brand kits, style guides, asset libraries, and light editing of digital content.
Marketing Brainstorms: Join strategy sessions and pitch ideas for activations, promos, and digital campaigns.
You Might Be a Great Fit If You:
Are enrolled in or recently graduated from a marketing, communications, design, or business program
Have a strong eye for aesthetics and digital trends
Are detail-oriented, self-motivated, and organized
Are proficient in Canva, Google Suite, and Instagram/LinkedIn
Bonus: Have experience with Squarespace, Canva, Adobe, Airtable, influencer campaigns, video editing or Mailchimp/Flodesk
