Roth Real Estate Group is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee a portfolio primarily consisting of retail and office properties throughout Central Ohio.
This role is ideal for a proactive, highly organized professional who is comfortable working directly with property owners, tenants, vendors and internal teams to ensure properties are operating efficiently, professionally and in accordance with ownership objectives.

The Commercial Property Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a portfolio of commercial properties, with a primary focus on retail and office assets.
This role requires someone who can manage multiple properties and projects simultaneously, communicate effectively with tenants and property owners, coordinate vendors and contractors, resolve issues professionally and maintain a high standard of property operations.
The ideal candidate is proactive, organized and comfortable taking ownership of their portfolio. Successful property management at Roth requires strong operational skills, clear communication and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with tenants, owners and vendors.

AREAS OF EXPERIENCE
Commercial property management experience
(Retail and Office preferred)
Ability to resolve issues professionally while working with tenants, owners and vendors
Ability to prioritize competing responsibilities and meet deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently while remaining collaborative with the broader Roth team
Working knowledge of commercial property operations, maintenance and vendor management
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to properties throughout Central Ohio as needed
Comfortable communicating directly with clients and property owners
Ability to manage multiple properties and projects simultaneously
Retail + Office Experience
This position will primarily support Roth Real Estate Group’s retail and office property management portfolio.
Candidates with direct experience managing shopping centers, multi-tenant retail properties, office buildings or similar commercial assets are strongly encouraged to apply.
