Throughout his 30+ years in commercial real estate, Will has been closely involved in every phase of the real estate ownership process. From leasing to development and asset strategy, he has built extensive experience across multiple sectors, with a primary focus on retail real estate and retail leasing throughout the Columbus and Central Ohio market.

Will has adapted alongside the evolving retail landscape and positions himself as a strategic partner to retailers, developers, and property owners. His long-term approach to client service focuses on identifying strong locations, building successful tenant mixes, and creating retail environments that perform over time.

As CEO & Founder and Principal Broker of Roth Real Estate Group, Will represents high-growth retail brands and property owners throughout the Columbus and Central Ohio markets while staying closely aligned with industry trends that impact retail real estate.

Will is a longtime member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and other local organizations supporting the continued growth and development of commercial real estate in Columbus, Ohio.

He earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from The University of Tampa. Outside of real estate, Will is passionate about animal rescue and can rarely pass a cat or dog without stopping to say hello.
