Mindy Stillberger is a commercial real estate and property management professional with more than 10 years of experience supporting multi-property commercial portfolios. Her background includes lease administration, portfolio operations, contract and document management, tenant and landlord relations, vendor coordination, financial administration, capital projects, and day-to-day property operations.

As Property & Asset Manager at Roth Real Estate Group, Mindy brings a highly organized, detail-oriented approach to managing commercial properties and supporting the needs of owners and tenants. Known for her responsiveness and ability to manage multiple priorities, she combines strong operational experience with a practical, relationship-focused approach to property management.

Mindy earned her degree in Business Administration from the University of Toledo, where she also played collegiate basketball. After spending much of her professional career in Fort Wayne, Indiana, she relocated to the Columbus area and is excited to continue building her career and professional relationships throughout Central Ohio.

Outside of work, Mindy is a proud mom of four boys and dog mom to her Bernedoodle, Jimbo. She enjoys traveling, cooking and baking, DIY projects, live music, and spending time with family and friends. A lifelong sports fan and diehard Ohio State Buckeyes supporter, she also enjoys attending sporting events, concerts, and music festivals whenever she gets the chance.
