Her journey in real estate began in 2009 as the Ecommerce Manager for Rubloff Residential Properties in Chicago, now part of Berkshire Hathaway. Throughout her career, Lara has held various roles, including marketing consultant for Baird & Warner and social media manager for top real estate agents. Her experience spans developing comprehensive marketing strategies, implementing CRM systems, and providing tailored branding and content solutions.  

In her current role as Vice President of Marketing at Roth Real Estate Group, Lara leads the group’s creative marketing with a focus on strategic planning, brand management, and digital marketing initiatives. She oversees content creation, team leadership, and performance analysis, working closely with other departments to ensure cohesive marketing efforts that support overall business objectives.
