Jaeger Square is getting attention beyond Columbus. In February 2026, The Pizzuti Companies announced that the property served as the Columbus home for couples on Netflix’s Love Is Blind.
Located at 850 Jaeger Street, Jaeger Square brings 261 apartments and ground-floor commercial space to the meeting of German Village, Schumacher Place and Merion Village. Completed in March 2025, the development combines contemporary architecture with landscaped outdoor spaces and a setting near established neighborhood restaurants and shops.
For businesses considering a Columbus location, the commercial opportunity is at street level. Jaeger Square offers retail and restaurant leasing opportunities along East Whittier Street within a completed residential development.
Roth Real Estate Group represents the property’s commercial leasing opportunities. Contact our team for current availability, space details and tours.
